Orders 
 
After placing an order online, we will provide you with confirmation that your order has been received but this is not confirmation that your offer to buy the items has been accepted. Our contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you.
Full payment is required at point of ordering, we also require your email address, without this information your order cannot be processed. A contact number is required for our delivery drivers or couriers so we may contact you if there is a problem with your delivery. Whilst we do not anticipate any problems with your order, we reserve the right to cancel your order at any point. This maybe due to payment authorisation problems, unobtainable stock, pricing or product description error or customers who fail to reach any order criteria set out in terms and conditions.

Contract
 
Your contract is with Laser Cut Delights when you place an order online we will e-mail confirmation that we have received your order and the contract will exist between us once your order has been dispatched to you. Please note that in some cases we may not be able to accept your offer to buy, for example if a product has been discontinued or is out of stock for an extended time, or we are unable to authorise your payment.
 
Payment

All prices are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered, and additional requests such as personalisation, plus delivery. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks an authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Description of products

Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, measurements and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.

 
**However many of our products are individually handmade / cut from wood, and slight variation in colour or grain of wood, or surface pattern may occur. Handmade and wooden items vary, and it must be accepted by the customer that no two of a kind will ever be identical, and no surfaces will ever be the same due to burn marks that can occur.  

We use a combination of photos of actual items and designs of items so actual items may differ slightly from pictures show.
 
We cut many of our items on a laser which uses laser heat to burn through the wood/ plastic/ etc, and therefore, those items edges are dark brown or black.
 
During the cutting process, the top side of the wood becomes slightly burned near to the cut line which can easily be painted over by using thin layers.  The back of some items may have burn like marks from flashing due to the laser hitting the metal frame that the mdf is cut on.  This is normal and all part of the process.  These will paint over easily or can be left as they are if the back of the item is to be glued down or hung where the back will not be on show.

Items supplied with burn marks still visible are NOT defective, and no refunds will be given.  Please only purchase from us if you are happy to accept these terms.

If you receive items you're not happy with, the distance selling regulations state you can return them within 7 days (at your own cost) for a full refund (minus postage).  Please note that we are not responsible for any damage to returned items.  If there is damage and the item is not able to be resold a new item will not be posted or you will be charged for the damaged item.  We reserve the right to temporarily remove any item for sale from our website, and also to completely discontinue any item. This may be caused by a problem with suppliers or other third parties, and therefore, there may be a delay from when the decision is made, to the item being removed from sale.  If you happen to purchase an item that we temporarily remove, or decide to discontinue, a refund for that sole item will be offered.
 
Discounts and Special Offers
 
Discounts or special offers may be available to all on the website. Some special offers and discounts will be emailed and therefore available only to those customers who have requested future correspondence from us. Please ensure you enter the relevant promotional code when prompted during the check-out process as we cannot refund the discount amount once payment has been processed. Discounts or special offers may not be used in conjunction with each other.
 
Distance Selling Regulations
 
This gives protection to consumers who shop by phone, mail order, via the Internet or digital TV. The protection includes:

- The right to receive clear information about goods and services before deciding to buy

- Confirmation of this information in writing

- A cooling off period of 14 working days in which the consumer can withdraw from the contract

- Protection from credit card fraud

The cooling off period does NOT apply to products customised to the buyers specification.  Any products ordered that are personalised or customised in any way may not be returned.

Please be aware that some of these gifts may take longer to create and dispatch. If you need your gift urgently, please email us to enquire about delivery times.

If you have ordered a personalised gift and it arrives in an incorrect format we will investigate who is at fault. If you have provided incorrect information we will not be able to bear the cost of replacement. If the fault is ours, we will replace at no extra cost to you. Refunds will not be made until goods have been returned if that is what we request.

Liability

Laser Cut Delights attempt to ensure that the information on our website at any one time is accurate but cannot guarantee that it will be. We do not accept liability for any errors made on this website and we reserve the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed products. If notified of any errors we will correct them as quickly as practicable. Laser Cut Delights will not accept liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, external force, damage caused by the buyer or any other party, or damage caused by the incorrect installation, use, modification or repair of the goods. By placing an order you are agreeing to these terms.

Republishing of photographs used by us is strictly prohibited without prior agreement.  It is human nature that if we have a great idea, you will copy it. We will take it as a compliment that you consider it worthy of reproduction. We are not greedy people, and believe there is much to gain from networking with like companies. There is enough custom to keep all companies offering beautiful products and great customer service in work.  However, we would kindly ask that you modify the designs to make the work your own.

Governing Law

The proper law of all contracts with the Company shall be English law which shall govern in all respects to construction and effect of such contracts and of these conditions. The customer agrees that in the event of any dispute arising out of the contract or the performance thereof he will submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

 

Returns Policy

 

We are governed by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) regs (as amended) allowing you to return goods up to 7 days after you receive them.

 

Simply inform us immediately by email ([email protected]) telling us which goods are being returned. Then send the goods back to us, at your own cost to Laser Cut Delights, Burton Field, Mere, Warminster, BA12 6FH. Proof of postage will not count as the item having been received, you are advised to track your item.

 

 

 

Once received with the returns slip, your goods will be checked and a refund issued via the same method you paid us (however postage is non refundable).
