Christmas Order Cut Off Date

For 2019 our last date to place an order guaranteed to be with YOU for Christmas is Monday 18th November at midnight. If this changes at any time we will update this page so please do check back. It is uncertain as of yet whether the website will then remain open, but if it does any orders from 19th November onwards which do not make it out in time will then be processed in the New Year.

Dispatch Details

At this time of year we become extremely busy. All orders are being worked on day and night, weekdays and weekends. Due to this demand we are not able to reply to emails asking for order updates as this then takes away time from working on your order.

We are a small firm and the following timescale applies:

There is a minimum 2wks for orders to be posted, but if there is any change we will update this information immediately.

Timescales can change at any time. Large and/or personalised orders can take longer. Please advise your customers accordingly.
