How much is postage?

Our website runs on a 'total based' shipping policy and our current charges are listed below. The prices stated are for UK deliveries only although our Republic of Ireland customers can contact us regarding the use of a Parcel Motel address to utilise UK delivery prices.  We now also post outside of the UK, but due to the large variance in postage charges to different countries please contact us first and we will quote for you.

£5.00-£9.00 is £3.50 postage

£9.01-£25.00 is £5 postage

£25.01-£100.00 is £7 postage

£100.00+ is free postage

Due to postage being beyond our control, customers should allow an additional 4 days before raising a query regarding missing items.

For Ireland deliveries feel free to request us to use a Parcel Motel address to benefit from the same postage as UK deliveries.

Who do you use to post orders?

We use Royal Mail and various Couriers as well if required.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We do not hold stock on any items and therefore your order will be placed in to a queue.  If you order has bespoke/personalised items it will take longer than an order with generic items.  Current delivery/dispatch times are displayed on the bottom of every page and you will receive an email once you place your order as well although these can change at any time.  Please note that these are dispatch times and not delivery times as this depends on the postal method used.

What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

All orders are posted with tracking abilities either through Royal Mail or a Courier.  If your order does not arrive feel free to contact us and we will endevour to find the delay.

What happens if an item is broken?

We will recut any items that arrive damaged in the post, however we do ask that you contact us within 48 hours of the delivery being received to report the damages and also send us the following three photos:

  • One of the damaged item/s
  • One of the exterior packaging when it arrived
  • One of the interior packaging

What if an item is not as I requested?

If an error is ours we just need a photo showing the error on the item and a replacement will be sent as soon as we possibly can.  If the error was not ours a new item will need to be purchased and postage repaid.

What is the best paint to use?

After asking lots of my customers acrylic seems to be popular but it is always recommended to do a base layer first.  www.graff-city.com also do a great range of spray paints which come up lovely if you do not want brush strokes on your final creations.

Do I need to sand my item before I paint it?

We would always recommend sanding down the 18mm mdf and then add your base paint layer and then sand again once fully dry to get a smooth finish before your final layer or two.  Do not sand the 3 or 6mm mdf as it can lose it's smooth effect.
